3D CAD Models
We primarily use Solidworks for 3D CAD modeling but also have licenses and experience using Fusion 360, Pro/Engineer and Creo. We check assemblies for interference and clearances and we also simulate mechanisms to check motion envelopes.
We build 3D models as complete, virtual twins of physical designs which itself is a sort of simulation — allowing features to be experienced and evaluated before anything is fabricated.
